William Loser II

William Loser II, CPA, has a strong background in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Accounting & Corporate Controller at Rate since June 2016, following prior roles including Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, Controller, Accounting Manager, and Accounting Supervisor. Previously, William worked as an Audit Associate at Lopata, Flegel & Company LLP from September 2013 to May 2016, contributing to a St. Louis-based accounting and consulting firm. Early career experience includes an internship at TA Ohlms & Co., where responsibilities included preparing individual and partnership tax returns and managing bookkeeping, payroll, and bank reconciliations. William earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completing studies in 2013, and is a graduate of Saint Charles West High School.
