Patrick Waddell

Patrick Waddell is currently the Director of Recruiting at The Alliance since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Guaranteed Supply Company since April 2019. Additionally, they have experience as a Bartender at Natty Greene's Brewing Co. since 2014, where they focused on increasing sales and customer satisfaction. They also worked in logistics at Total Quality Logistics from 2018 to 2019. Their educational background includes studies at University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Guilford Technical Community College.
