Shalene Jacobson (Creek)

Shalene (Creek) Jacobson is currently serving as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Guaranty Bank & Trust since October 2016. With over 15 years of public accounting experience, Shalene previously worked as a Director, CPA, CIA at RSM US LLP from April 2010 to October 2016, where Shalene was involved in financial statement audits, internal audits, and accounting-related consulting. Prior to that, Shalene was a CPA at JPMS Cox, PLLC where Shalene was an audit manager, focusing on financial institutions, private equity, and medical industries. Shalene started their career as a Staff Accountant at Jackson Thornton after earning their BSBA in Accounting from Auburn University at Montgomery and later completing their Masters of Accountancy in Accounting from Auburn University. Additionally, Shalene has also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Sterling Rubber and Plastics and served in the United States Air Force as a Sr. Airman.
