Adejoke Olukuade

Adejoke Olukuade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process reengineering and operations management, currently serving as the Group Head at Guaranty Trust since 2006. Adejoke manages a team of 14 and oversees multiple units, supporting over 200 branches and 10 subsidiaries. Key achievements include implementing process improvements that enhanced profitability and reduced financial leakages, leading to significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Adejoke has successfully managed complex projects related to standard operating procedures and has facilitated the recertification of the Bank’s Integrated Management Systems. Prior to joining Guaranty Trust, Adejoke held roles at Prudent Bank and EA Consultants Limited, and is academically qualified with an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master of Science in Agriculture Biochemistry & Nutrition from the University of Ibadan.
