Racquel Ishmel

Racquel Ishmel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and event management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Events at Guard and Grace since April 2022, and as the Director of Catering Sales and Marketing at Chick-fil-A Franchise since April 2021, Racquel is focused on driving catering sales and enhancing brand visibility. Previous roles include Executive Event Sales & Catering Manager at Front Burner Society and Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager at Darden Restaurants, where responsibilities included managing sales teams, training staff, and coordinating event logistics. Racquel's career began in customer service and sales with positions at Jason's Deli, Pappasito's Cantina, Cheddars Casual Café, Ryan's Dry Cleaners, and Jamba Juice. Racquel holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Houston.
