Robert Psholka

Robert Psholka has a diverse and extensive work experience in various manufacturing and operational roles. Robert is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Guardair Corporation since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Manufacturing at Conval, Inc. from August 2015 to April 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing all production and manufacturing engineering activities. Before that, they held the position of Manufacturing/Engineering Manager at WGI Westfield Gauge Inc. from February 2013 to August 2015, where they had profit and loss responsibility for a 15M production business. Additionally, Robert also served as the Business Unit Manager at Senior Aerospace CT from May 2007 to January 2013, where they had profit and loss responsibility for a 25M production business unit. Robert started their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at UTC Pratt and Whitney Aircraft East Hartford CT in June 1988 and worked there until August 2000. In between these positions, Robert also served as the Vice President of Berkshire Plastics Co. Inc. from August 2000 to May 2007, where they were responsible for overseeing all operational decisions for a 2.5M plastic injection molding facility.

Robert Psholka started their education in 1984 at Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Robert graduated from this program in 1986. Following this, they attended Western New England University from 1988 to 1994 to earn a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, in 1986, they began studying for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they completed in 1988.
