Brenda Davies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at Guardant Health since July 2018, Brenda has excelled in building award-winning training content and leading cross-functional training teams. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Sales Training & Development and Sr. Account Executive, where Brenda was recognized as a 2019 Presidents Club winner. Brenda's career includes significant positions at AstraZeneca as an Executive Sales Representative in the Oncology Lung Division, and at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Territory Business Manager focused on Immuno-Oncology sales. Additionally, Brenda has a strong teaching background as an instructor at California State University, Chico, and Butte Community College. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information and Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric, both from California State University, Chico.
