Gulshan Shaver

Gulshan Shaver is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and diagnostics sectors. Currently, Gulshan serves as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer at Guardant Health since May 2017, prior to which Gulshan held various legal roles including Consulting General Counsel at Biotechnology and Diagnostic Laboratory Companies and General Counsel at NuGen Technologies Inc. Gulshan's legal career began at Caliper Technologies Corp. as Intellectual Property Counsel, culminating in a diverse legal background with expertise in intellectual property, compliance, and corporate governance. Academically, Gulshan holds a Doctor of Law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Life Sciences Compliance Certificate from Seton Hall University School of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Organic Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
