Kang Lin

Kang (Mark) Lin is a skilled bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in developing sequencing analysis pipelines and gene regulatory networks. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics System Software Engineer at Guardant Health since September 2022, Kang previously held roles as a Bioinformatics System Software Engineer II and an Associate Bioinformatics Programmer at NYU Langone Health, where significant contributions included developing high-resolution transcription factor binding site analysis pipelines. Earlier experience includes a Computational Biology Internship at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, where Kang focused on gene regulatory networks in cardiovascular tissues, and several supportive roles in lab preparation and operations.
