Kim Moore

Kim Moore serves as Vice President, Legal at Guardant Health since November 2019, bringing extensive experience in patent and technology litigation. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Senior Litigation Counsel at Apple from September 2013 to November 2019. Kim's career began at Skadden Arps as an Associate in the Intellectual Property Group focused on patent litigation from September 2007 to September 2009, followed by a role as Senior Associate at Paul Hastings from September 2009 to September 2013. Kim holds a Juris Doctor degree from BYU Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
