Saikat Dey

Saikat Dey is the co-founder and CEO of Guardhat. Saikat was previously the CEO of Severstal NA from June 2011 to September 2014. Prior to that, they were an associate principal at McKinsey & Company from September 2005 to June 2011. Saikat Dey has also worked in sales and marketing for start up ventures and IBM.

Saikat Dey received a high school diploma from National Public School. Saikat then went on to study mining and mineral engineering at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree. Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
