Carmen Richardi

Carmen Richardi is a seasoned professional with significant experience in facilities and production management, primarily within the aerospace and agricultural technology sectors. Currently serving as Facilities/Production Manager at Guardian Agriculture since March 2022, Carmen supervises building contractors and oversees the prototype fabrication and assembly of VTOL/UAV technologies aimed at enhancing agricultural practices. Prior to this role, Carmen worked at Terrafugia as Shop Supervisor/Facilities Manager, managing the prototype assembly of the Transition roadable aircraft.
