Ryan Layne

Ryan Layne has been working in the public safety industry since 2017. Ryan started their career as the Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Alliance Technologies, Inc., where they helped law enforcement agencies identify "bad apples" and hire the best candidates in record time. In 2018, they joined The C12 Group as a Board Member. In 2020, they became a member of the IADLEST Partner Advisory Committee, where they help ensure that training and standards meet the needs of the public safety industry, promotes the adoption of best practices, and provides IADLEST with perspectives and recommendations.

Ryan Layne is currently enrolled at Arizona State University, where they are studying Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
