Mindy Halupa

Mindy Halupa is a skilled Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner currently working at Nurse Practitioner since August 2023. With extensive experience in hospice care, Mindy has held positions at Guardian Angel Hospice since October 2019, serving as both a Nurse Practitioner and Hospice RN Case Manager. Prior to that, Mindy worked at St. Vincent Health from August 2015 to October 2019 as a Hospice RN Case Manager and at Aperion Care and Golden Living as a Registered Nurse. Mindy completed a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner at Indiana Wesleyan University (2021-2023) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Kokomo (2010-2014).
