Chris Bickman

Chris Bickman, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Guardian Angels Senior Services since March 2017, where responsibilities include addressing management and employee relations issues, facilitating full-cycle recruitment, and enhancing work relationships to boost productivity and retention. Previously, Chris worked at Pro Staff from August 2005 to March 2017 as Branch Operations Manager, focusing on sourcing candidates, building client relationships, and managing contract workers' performance. Chris began the career as an HR intern at St. Cloud Hospital in 2004. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from St. Cloud State University.
