Darryl Workman

Darryl Workman is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in operations and technology management. Serving as Vice-President of Administration at Guardian Capital since January 2001, Darryl oversees all operations, technology standards, performance measurement, compliance, investment accounting, client reporting, and trade settlements. Prior to this, Darryl was the Manager of Operations at RT Investment Counsel, where the implementation of the FMC system and the establishment of the Valuations and Performance Measurement departments occurred. Earlier, Darryl played a key role at TAL Private as Supervisor of Operations, facilitating the firm's setup and account conversion. Darryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Trent University, earned between 1984 and 1987.
