Eliza Dinale

Eliza Dinale is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Since March 2022, Eliza has served as Senior Legal Counsel at Guardian Capital Group. Prior to this, Eliza was the Director of Legal Services at PearTree Canada from January 2019 to March 2022, and held positions as Corporate Attorney at Gardiner Roberts LLP, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Stikeman Elliott LLP from 2010 to 2019. Eliza's academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law, as well as Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degrees in both Common Law from the University of Ottawa and Civil Law from Université de Montréal.
