Janet L. Stott

Ms. Stott’s responsibilities include fund and management company accounting, tax oversight, and financial planning and analysis. Janet has served as the Company’s CFO since 2008 and also manages Guardian’s day-to-day regulatory compliance activities.

Janet has considerable experience in fund accounting and also currently serves as CFO of TL Ventures and CCO of Valley Forge Capital Management, L.P. Previously, Janet was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP, working with its audit and assurance group.

Janet earned her BS in accounting from Thomas Jefferson University.
