Peter R. Ciullo

Mr. Ciullo assists in leading all aspects of Guardian’s investment activities, including due diligence and deal execution for new investment opportunities. Peter joined Guardian in 2014 and is also responsible for leading financial analysis, evaluating potential investments and supporting portfolio company operators post-acquisition. Peter provides ongoing support for many of Guardian’s portfolio companies.

Prior to Guardian, Peter was an Analyst at Apollo Global Management, where he sourced and evaluated add-on acquisition opportunities for Apollo’s portfolio companies. Before Apollo Global Management, he worked for Random House in its Corporate Development group where he was responsible for evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities as well as corporate strategy initiatives.

Peter earned his MS in finance from Boston College and his BA in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
