Xavier Dao

Xavier Dao is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in both digital and traditional marketing across various industries. Currently serving in a marketing role at Guardian Dentistry Partners since 2024, Xavier previously held the position of Director at Essex Property Trust from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, a marketing position at Foresight Mental Health was held between 2021 and 2022. As Senior Director of Marketing at PDS from 2014 to 2020, Xavier managed a substantial marketing budget for a large support organization. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Rent.com, Avery Dennison, Tribal DDB, Webmetro, and Equative, with a focus on digital marketing strategies encompassing SEM, SEO, and media optimization. Xavier holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and dual bachelor's degrees in Biological Sciences and Economics from UC Irvine.
