Fred Clark

Fred Clark is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Guardian since February 2023, Fred previously held significant positions at Thule Inc, including Past President and Vice President of Operations, from April 1993 to June 2021. Additional leadership experience includes serving as a Trustee at Westover School from 2009 to April 2018, and Chairman and Board Member at the Outdoor Foundation from August 2009 to August 2015, along with a Board Member role at the Outdoor Industry Association during the same period. Fred's foundational career began at C. Cowles & Co, where responsibilities included Vice President of Manufacturing from 1981 to 1993. Fred's educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Management Science from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Methods from Western New England University.
