Anasa Vidal

Anasa Vidal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and transformation, currently serving as the Head of the Strategic Initiative Office at Guardian Group since May 2020. Previously, Anasa held key leadership roles at The ANSA McAL Group, including Deputy Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Business Process Re-engineering, where significant operational efficiencies and improvements were achieved. A solid foundation in business analysis was built through earlier positions at Acero Health Technologies, Anthem, BenefitMall, Lumenos, and United Healthcare. Anasa holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Psychology from Towson University.
