Dwayne Mohammed is an experienced professional in customer experience and sales management, currently serving as Senior Manager Customer Experience at Guardian Group Trinidad and Tobago since December 2010. In this role, Dwayne focuses on value creation through customer experience, cross sales, and SLA management. Dwayne previously held various leadership positions including Senior Manager - Group Cross Sales and Transformation Workstream Lead, driving initiatives to enhance sales revenue across the organization. Earlier career roles include Project Lead for a strategic transformation initiative and Research & Marketing Officer, where Dwayne engaged in performance analysis and competitive research. Dwayne began a career at Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited as a Client Portfolio Analyst, managing a business credit portfolio and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Dwayne holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
