Tiffany Molina

Tiffany Molina is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Guardian Group Dutch Caribbean since August 2019, Tiffany has previously held positions such as Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Representative at Lovers Industrial Corporation B.V. from September 2017 to July 2019. Prior experiences include Assistant Director of Operations and HR Assistant at Digicel Group, and HR Officer at Buro P&O. Tiffany began the career in HR through internships and entry-level positions in customer service and promotional roles. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and possesses a foundational education in Economics from Maria Immaculata Lyceum.
