Tricia Pierre

Tricia Pierre is an experienced professional currently serving as a Human Resource Information Systems Analyst at Guardian Group since July 2006 and as a Claims Adjudicator at Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited since May 2018. Tricia's role at Guardian Group involves coordinating the pre-hire process, managing permanent placements, promotions, transfers, and payroll verification, as well as preparing departmental budgets and reports. Tricia holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration from the College of Science Tertiary and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT) and has furthered education at SAMs and the UWI School of Continuing Studies.
