Farjana Q.

Farjana Q. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR and Training at Guardian Life Insurance Limited since January 2025. Prior to this role, Farjana Q. held positions such as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Asrotex Group from 2022 to 2024 and Group HR-Head of Rewards at NAVANA GROUP from July 2021 to July 2022.
