Nowrin Islam

Nowrin Islam has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nowrin is currently working at Guardian Life Insurance Limited as the Vice President of Marketing and Communication. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the same company. Before joining Guardian Life Insurance, Nowrin worked as the Category Manager of Growth and Marketing at SureCash. Nowrin also gained experience as a Marketing Manager at MILVIK, where they developed marketing strategies and implemented marketing activities for mobile health and insurance services. Earlier in their career, Nowrin worked at Tiger Cement as an Assistant Brand Manager and Senior Brand Executive, handling tasks such as marketing strategy development, budget management, and media planning. Nowrin also worked as a Customer Service Executive at Bikroy.com and as a Customer Manager at Grameenphone Ltd. Nowrin'searliest role was as a Customer Service Associate in Online Communications at QUBEE.

Nowrin Islam completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from BRAC University in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Development Studies from East West University from 2014 to 2015. Nowrin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from East West University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2013. Nowrin completed their Higher Secondary Certificate in Humanities from Viqarunnesa Noon College in 2008, and their Secondary School Certificate in Humanities from Holy Cross Girls High School in 2006.
