Brenda Fischer

Brenda Fischer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy, data strategy, security, and intellectual property, currently serving as Lead Counsel at Guardian Life since June 2018. Additionally, Brenda holds the position of Head of Financial Transactions, Cyber & Fraud Investigations at Guardian Life. Prior experience includes serving as Bureau Chief of the Cybercrime and Identity Theft Bureau at the New York County District Attorney's Office from April 2013 to June 2018, alongside various leadership roles at the same office from 1996 to 2013, including Unit Chief of the Rackets Bureau and Deputy Chief of the Labor Racketeering Unit. Brenda Fischer received a law degree from Brooklyn Law School and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
