Dijanira McClosky

Dijanira McClosky, MBA, has extensive experience in corporate benefits management, currently serving as 2nd Vice President of Corporate Benefits at Guardian Life since June 2012, following roles as Assistant Vice President and Director in the same department. Prior to Guardian Life, Dijanira was the Senior Manager of Health & Welfare Programs at Avon from January 2008 to June 2012 and worked as Benefits Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from 2002 to 2008. Dijanira began the professional career in HR at Lehman Brothers, where the focus was on Investment Banking from 1998 to 2002. Dijanira holds an MBA from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
