Jill O'Hearn

Jill O'Hearn is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Lead QA Engineer at Guardian Life since July 2021. Prior to this, Jill held positions including Senior QA Analyst at Relativity, where responsibilities included attending design meetings and reviewing test strategies, and Sr Software Test Analyst at Spok, overseeing mentorship and performance testing. Previous experience also includes Senior QA Analyst roles at Connexions Loyalty and HighJump Software, as well as a Senior Consultant position at Sogeti. Jill began a career as a Software Test Engineer at Microsoft, focusing on both automated and manual regression testing.
