Katherine Readinger

Katherine Readinger has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Retired at Guardian Life Insurance Company since August 2018, after a long tenure as Second Vice President of The Living Balance Sheet at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America since May 1995. Katherine's expertise includes life and disability insurance product development, marketing, and training, with a focus on supporting marketing implementation and developing proprietary sales and servicing systems. Prior to this, Katherine worked as a Marketing Manager at AXA/Equitable from 1985 to 1995. Educationally, Katherine holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from Adelphi University and a BS in Business Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
