Leon Charles

Leon Charles has over 20 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Head of Agency Cybersecurity Governance at Guardian Life since January 2008. Prior roles at Guardian Life include Director of Technology Architecture, Manager of Remote Office Technology, and Enterprise Architect, where Leon contributed to aligning IT with business strategies and resolving complex IT challenges. Earlier experience includes serving as a Systems Administrator at Trinity School, responsible for the maintenance of corporate hardware and software infrastructure. Leon also worked as a Consultant at Guardian Life and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Touro University.
