Marco Morales

Marco Morales has extensive experience in software engineering and technical management, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer and Technical Manager II at Guardian Life since June 1997, Marco provides technical direction for client engagement projects, guiding them from the definition phase to implementation. Previous roles included Technical Specialist III at Guardian, where responsibilities included maintaining the Books and Records system for Park Avenue Securities, and earlier positions as Technical Specialist II and Senior Technical Specialist in Equity Licensing at Guardian Life Insurance. Marco began a career in technology at Loews Corporation, where development of the Telephone Application was the primary focus.
