Rachael (Lisman) Hoffmann, PMP, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in wealth management and channel marketing strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Wealth Management and Channel Marketing Strategy at Guardian Life since 2016, Rachael previously held roles focused on marketing direction and product communications. Prior experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. includes leading business readiness initiatives and managing communications for wealth management, alongside significant contributions during Rachael's tenure in the Leadership Development Program. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Management from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
