Shiv Arora

Shiv Arora currently serves as the Head of Finance Transformation at Guardian Life, having joined the company in May 2019 after roles as Director of Business Transformation Delivery and Sr. Program Manager. Prior to Guardian Life, Shiv held various leadership positions at AIG from May 2012 to March 2019, including Director of the Office of the CIO and Director of the Transformation Office, focusing on analytics and insights. Experience also includes work as a Principal Consultant at Ernst & Young and a Project Manager at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Shiv began a career in project management and business analysis with V Group Inc. between 2008 and 2010. Educational qualifications include a certification in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan Executive Education and a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
