Sparsh Garg

Sparsh Garg is an experienced AI and Machine Learning professional currently serving as the AI & Machine Learning Lead at Guardian Life since August 2023, where notable achievements include leading the development of a generative AI application for the investments team. Prior to this role, Sparsh worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Healthfirst, supporting over 20 data scientists and successfully migrating ML pipelines to a cloud platform. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Stony Brook University, where data mining and analysis were key responsibilities, and a Teaching Assistant for undergraduate courses.
