Stacey Hoin

Stacey Hoin serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Guardian Life, a position held since March 2021, where leadership focuses on fostering well-being and inclusivity within the organizational culture. Prior to joining Guardian Life, Stacey accumulated extensive experience at GE Capital from 1994 to March 2021, holding multiple executive roles including Executive Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities included developing organizational and talent strategies, and acting as a strategic HR advisor for a large workforce. Stacey's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Mary's College, complemented by minors in Business and Sociology.
