Becca Kitson is an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager in Customer Experience at The Guardian, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Becca served as UKI Region Consumer Care Operations Manager and Brand Liaison Manager at L'Oréal from December 2019 to February 2022. Additional experience includes roles at Burberry, where Becca was Global Customer Service Training & Quality Manager and held various customer service positions from 2011 to 2019, and as Head of Customer Care at Soho House & Co, where responsibilities included setting up a new multichannel Customer Care team. Becca started in customer service management at Farfetch and has also worked in retail management at Harvey Nichols and Phase Eight. Becca holds a BA Joint Honours degree in French and Russian Civilisation from the University of Leeds.
