Lois Beckett is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in reporting on gun policy and politics. Since 2016, Beckett has served as a Senior Reporter at The Guardian. Prior to this role, Beckett worked at ProPublica, Inc. from September 2011 to 2016 as a Reporter. Additional experience includes a position as a Contributor at Nieman Journalism Lab from September 2010 to May 2011 and as a Village Voice Media Fellow at SF Weekly from January 2010 to July 2010. Beckett holds an A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard University, completed in 2009.
