Nainesh Chavda

Nainesh Chavda has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a 2nd/3rd Line Support professional at Aon since August 2021. Prior to this, Nainesh spent several years at Guardian News & Media, where responsibilities included providing 1st/2nd line support to over 2500 staff and managing Active Directory administration, MAC and PC support, and configuring various systems. Nainesh also held the position of Service Desk Team Leader at WTMS/WPP, managing staff support for Mac and PC within the WPP Group. Earlier roles included Mac/PC Support Engineer and Support Engineer, further solidifying expertise in user support and technical troubleshooting across various platforms. Nainesh holds a 1st degree in Computer and Internet Application from the University of Bedfordshire, earned between 2000 and 2003.
