Scott Borcherdt

Scott Borcherdt currently serves as the Head of IT and Operations at The Guardian, a position held since April 2015, overseeing a team that provides end-user technology support across multiple Australian offices and remote APAC workers. Responsibilities include managing macOS and Windows 10 fleets, office infrastructure, telecoms, AV and conferencing facilities, as well as Google G Suite administration. Prior to this role, Scott was an IT Support Specialist at Guardian Australia, and held various engineering positions at Netcare from April 2013 to April 2015. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems with a focus on eBusiness from Australian Catholic University and is currently enrolled in a Japanese Language and Japanese Studies program at Nagoya University of Foreign Studies.
