Amy Schroeder

Amy Schroeder is an experienced Senior/Corporate Accountant with over a decade of expertise in property accounting. Currently employed at Guardian Real Estate Services since June 2012, Amy manages a portfolio of 15 residential properties, preparing monthly financial statements and assisting with corporate entity reports. Prior to this role, Amy worked as a Property Accountant at Colliers International, handling 22 commercial properties, where responsibilities included monthly financial statements, budget preparation, and CAM estimates. Amy's accounting career began at Norris & Stevens, Inc., managing financial responsibilities for 38 commercial properties. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, obtained in 2006.
