Christine Rustigan

Christine Rustigan is an accomplished Senior Portfolio Manager at Guardian since January 2022, previously serving as a Portfolio Manager. Christine held the position of Regional Portfolio Manager at Quantum Residential from February 2020 to January 2022 and Regional Manager at Coast Property Management from July 2019 to February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Regional Portfolio Manager at Templeton from March 2017 to July 2019, and Property Manager II at Home Forward from February 2013 to March 2017. Christine's career began with property management roles at Tandem Property Management, Income Property Management Co., and the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, specializing in managing a variety of properties, including affordable housing and facilities across Alaska.
