Kim Gaube has a diverse background in marketing and communications, with experience in various industries and roles. Kim is currently the Director of Marketing and Communications at Guardian, where they are responsible for the brand strategy and marketing communications for a portfolio of properties. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at OCP, where they focused on digital marketing activities and lead generation. Kim also served as a Marketing Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where they provided B2B marketing solutions and managed marketing automation systems. Earlier in their career, they owned their own marketing and design company and worked as a Marketing Manager at Perkins & Co. Kim began their career as a Marketing Associate at Oregon Public Broadcasting, where they promoted OPB's productions to other public broadcasting stations.
Kim Gaube received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from Santa Clara University between 1999 and 2003. From 2005 to 2009, they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Graphic Design at The Art Institutes. Kim also completed their high school education at Jesuit High School from 1995 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) in Digital Marketing from the American Marketing Association in 2020. Kim also received certifications in Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute in 2020 and Marketing Software and Content Marketing from HubSpot in August 2020 and December 2018, respectively.
