Fred Bretherton

Fred Bretherton possesses extensive experience in property management and construction, currently serving as Assistant Property Manager for Guardian Service Industries, Inc. since May 2014. As the Owner of F. Bretherton Construction since 1987, Fred specializes in restoration and remodeling of residential and commercial properties, focusing on business development and personnel management. Prior roles include Facilities Engineer at Saks Fifth Avenue, Operations Manager at COMTEK International, Project Coordinator at Manville Corporation, and Purchasing Agent at Habitek Inc.
