Lyn Bressler

As Vice President, Lyn’s goals are to ensure that Guardian is an inspiring place to work, knowing that the employees make the Company. She constantly thrives to motivate others and create a great working environment. Additionally, Lyn is also passionate about ensuring the company’s quality control programs, and policies and procedures are transparent, proactive, and effective in providing the ideal customer experience.

She has in-depth knowledge of New York State, local and federal employment laws, human resource practices, and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Association of New York. Lyn is an official ISSA Certification Expert, a member of CREWNY, and a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Most recently she became a GBAC-Trained Technician by completing her GBAC Fundamentals Online Course: Cleaning & Disinfection Principles with an emphasis on SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19.

She graduated from American University – Kogod School of Business with a Master’s in Business Administration – MBA, Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
