Matthew Bressler

Matthew Bressler is currently the VP of Lighting & Window Maintenance at Guardian Service Industries, Inc. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Operations Manager at Guardian Service Industries, Inc. from September 2011 to December 2012. In this role, they were responsible for implementing policies and procedures for resolving operational problems, evaluating control effectiveness, and overseeing new or changed operations procedures and systems. Matthew also acted as the region expert on Human Resources/Training functions. Before their time at Guardian Service Industries, Inc., Matthew Bressler worked in a variety of roles in the lighting and window maintenance industry. Matthew has extensive experience in both residential and commercial settings and is an expert in their field.

Matthew Bressler has a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College in Accounting and Business/Management. Matthew also has a Business Administration, Management and Operations degree from University at Albany. Additionally, they are certified from ISSA - The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association in I.C.E. and I.C.E.- GB. Finally, they are certified from Occupational Health and Safety Administration in OSHA Outreach Authorized Trainer.

Matthew Bressler reports to Samuel Herzfeld, CEO, Principal. They work with Jonathan Kessler - Senior VP, Aaron Froese - Controller & Senior Estimator, and Allen Fredericks - CFO.
