Karin Zilberstein (Lavian) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Karin'scurrent position is as a VP Product at Guardio since February 2023.

Prior to that, they worked as the GM of Wix Funnel at Wix.com from November 2019 to February 2023.

From December 2017 to November 2019, they served as the Head of Product for Waze Advertising at Google, where they led the advertising business for Waze and managed a team of 8 Product Managers, UX, and UX Research professionals. Karin also held the role of Product Manager for Waze from March 2016 to December 2017 at Google.

Karin's experience also includes roles at Microsoft, where they worked as a Senior Product Manager for Native Advertising from July 2014 to March 2016. Karin also held the position of Product Manager for Xbox Advertising from October 2011 to July 2014, where they successfully launched the first-ever voice-enabled TV ad and grew the Interactive Advertising business on Xbox. Additionally, they were a Release Manager from January 2010 to October 2011 at Microsoft, responsible for overall project management for the Online Services Division's ads segmentation and targeting business, leading a large team across different locations.

Karin began their career at Airline Intelligence Systems, where they worked as a QA Lead from May 2009 to January 2010 and as a Software Developer Engineer in Test from April 2008 to April 2009.

Karin also has experience at Intel as a QA Engineer and Project Manager from March 2004 to June 2007 and at Tower Semiconductor as a Business Analyst for SAP deployment from June 2003 to March 2004.

Karin Zilberstein (Lavian) pursued their education at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Systems. Karin further pursued their academic journey at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Here, they successfully obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration.
