Robert N. Weingarten

Mr. Weingarten, age 62, is an experienced business consultant and advisor with an ongoing financial consulting practice. Since 1979 he has provided financial consulting and advisory services to numerous public companies in various stages of development, operation or reorganization. Mr. Weingarten received a B.A. Degree (Accounting) from the University of Washington in 1974, and an M.B.A. Degree (Finance) from the University of Southern California in 1975. Mr. Weingarten is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California.

On April 29, 2014, Mr. Weingarten was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cortex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Cortex”), and was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cortex.
