Michelle Buckland

Michelle Buckland has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Operations Support Manager at Guardsman since July 1994. In this role, Michelle manages a team that handles data management and operations support, overseeing various tasks related to claims, internal system updates, and project management. Prior to this, Michelle worked at National Westminster Bank from August 1986 to July 1994, advancing through various roles that included processing cheques, setting up new accounts, and ensuring proper cash management across multiple branches. Michelle completed education at Langtree Secondary School in Woodcote from 1981 to 1986.
